SYNAPTICONN / ADCONNET
Privacy policy
Effective 10 October 2026. This policy describes the current AdConnet private pilot, operated by Synapticonn in the United Arab Emirates.
Information we process
The pilot processes account email addresses and authentication information, names supplied for workspace membership, organization and platform/account identifiers, roles, access grants, and records of membership and permission changes. Hosting and authentication services may also process technical request information, including IP addresses, browser information and timestamps, to deliver and protect the service. Support correspondence includes information you choose to send us.
Provider connections are not yet available. The current application does not import Meta or Google advertising data or store provider access tokens. We will update this policy to describe the specific data and uses before enabling those integrations.
Why we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, operate workspaces, enforce access permissions, record administrative changes, troubleshoot problems and respond to support or deletion requests. Workspace owners and authorized administrators can see membership and access information needed to manage their workspace.
Service providers and sharing
We use Vercel for application hosting and Supabase for authentication and database services. These providers process information needed to operate their services. Support emails are processed through our company email provider. Depending on the provider and service, processing may occur outside your country, including outside the UAE.
We do not sell personal information or use workspace information for advertising targeting. We may disclose information where legally required or necessary to investigate misuse and protect the service.
Cookies and security
The workspace uses authentication cookies to maintain sign-in sessions. The application does not include advertising trackers. Access to workspace data is restricted through authentication and database access policies. No method of storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and your choices
We retain account and workspace information while needed to provide the pilot and handle support, security and legal obligations. There is currently no automated account-deletion or retention schedule. Deletion requests are handled manually. We will explain any information that must be retained and why; backups may retain copies until the hosting provider's backup lifecycle expires.
You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing bach@synapticonn.com. We may need to verify that you control the account or are authorized to act for the workspace. See data-deletion instructions. An administrator removing your access does not itself delete your account or historical administrative records.
Changes and contact
We will update this page when the pilot's data practices change. Material changes affecting existing users will be communicated through the service or email. Contact Synapticonn at bach@synapticonn.com with privacy questions.
