Pilot terms
Effective 10 October 2026. These terms govern use of the AdConnet private pilot operated by Synapticonn in the United Arab Emirates.
Access and responsibility
Use the pilot only if you are authorized to act for the organization and accounts concerned. Keep your login secure, provide accurate information and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Workspace owners are responsible for choosing administrators and reviewing the access they grant.
Pilot scope
The pilot currently supports workspace access and administrative permissions. Provider integrations, campaign execution, social publishing and personal MCP access remain in development. Descriptions of planned features are not a commitment to availability or a launch date. Availability and features may change during testing.
No subscription purchase or payment is offered through this pilot. Any future commercial service or paid offering will have separately disclosed pricing and terms.
Acceptable use
Do not bypass access controls, access another organization's data without authorization, share credentials improperly, upload unlawful content, or disrupt the service. When platform connections become available, their providers' terms and your account permissions will also apply.
Data and content
You retain your rights in information you provide. You permit us to process it as needed to operate the pilot, as described in the privacy policy. Do not provide information you are not authorized to share. You may request account or data deletion using our deletion instructions.
Availability and ending access
This is a development pilot, with no uptime or advertising-performance guarantee. Do not rely on it as your sole system of record. We may restrict access to investigate misuse or protect the service. You may stop using it at any time and contact us to close your account. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
